Welcome to Goth Mama Crafts! By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read through them before checking out — they help keep things fair and clear for everyone. 🖤

🧶 Handmade Nature

All items are handmade with care, so small variations and imperfections are part of their charm. No two pieces are ever exactly the same, which makes yours truly unique.

💰 Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received. We do not see or store your full payment details.

💳 Chargebacks & Disputes

We do our best to make sure every order arrives safely and as described. If there’s ever an issue, please contact us first — we’re happy to help resolve it quickly.

Because each piece is handmade and tracking is provided for all shipments, we do not accept chargebacks for claims such as “item not received” or “item not as described” once tracking shows delivery.

Filing a chargeback without reaching out first may result in being blocked from future purchases.

📦 Shipping

Orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated (like for preorders).

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided. We’re not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services, weather, or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your information before submitting an order.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or repair.

⚠️ Liability

Goth Mama Crafts is not responsible for any injury, allergy, death or damage caused by misuse of our products. Our items are designed as collectibles and display pieces, not toys!

Some contain small parts or materials that may pose a choking hazard — not recommended for children under 5 years old.
