Because each piece is handmade, all sales are final. We do our best to make sure every item is high-quality and true to its listing, but small variations are part of the charm of handmade work.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or work out a solution.

Please note that we can’t offer returns or refunds for customer mistakes, change of mind, or minor imperfections that come from the human touch — that’s what makes each piece one-of-a-kind. 💕
